Innofit Inc. is a specialty firm that serves the ever-growing condominium and rental market in the GTA. We are hiring a full-time Facility Manager in the High Park area to manage the daily operations of an Athletic Club. Through Activation and customization/programming, we give members the opportunity to engage and interact thus creating a community setting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively lead a team of 4-8 staff members, supporting them through continuous coaching and training
  • Ensure that all Departments (Sales, Front Desk Operations, and Instructors) are performing effectively, and are meeting or exceeding company goals
  • Manage the daily operations of the Athletic Club including overseeing programming, sales and reporting activities to management
  • Manage sales targeting and budget analysis
  • Administer scheduled programming, and research future programming opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service to all members & clients
  • Administration duties; answering phone calls, emails
  • Responding to requests, inquiries, and complaints
  • Schedule events accurately and receive payments
  • Maintain detailed records i.e. documents and spreadsheets
  • Minimal pool and equipment maintenance, as required
  • Other tasks as required

Job Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Management, completed
  • Minimum of 2 years in an Operations or a leadership role
  • First Aid training certificate
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work as a member of a team or individually as required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiar working with MS Office Suite and email applications
